!SHOUTTAG is the product of two young entrepreneurs living in Temecula Valley nestled in the mountains of Southern California.

Mike Purcell is a USMC Veteran with 25 years software development, computer networking and business experience.

Russell Purcell is a US Navy Veteran with 12 years start up experience in new product introduction, product management and engineering.

We are continuing product development on SHOUTTAG and as we move into and past our BETA phase, we will be actively seeking partners that can help us scale this patent pending product platform to become a mainstream market product.
